I ordered this and ended up getting the wrong size, not once but twice. It’s frustrating because I was hoping the replacement would fix it, but it still wasn’t right. Has anyone else had the same issue with their order?

I ordered two outfits for my baby and, weirdly enough, both fit exactly like the size chart said they would. I’m usually convinced baby clothing sizes are some kind of industry-wide mind game, but this time there wasn’t much guessing at all. i’m happy with it

They did eventually get back to me and fix the problem, so I can’t say it was a terrible experience. I’m giving 3 stars because it worked out in the end, but I do think the support could be quicker and a bit clearer next time...

I was able to find most of the items I came in for, which made the trip straightforward. A couple things may not have been available, but overall the experience worked out well because I left with what I needed.

They explained everything clearly and did answer my questions, so I wasn’t really confused about the process. The only thing was that after I paid, one of their replies took longer than I expected, and I’ll admit that made me a little distrustful for a moment. In the end, they did get back to me and things made sense, so overall it was a decent experience.
